If you are unable to perform beta-testing, please delegate this task to a capable member of your team.
* Do not avoid or skip testing as it may lead to service disruptions upon production release.
Who do I contact for found issues and questions/comments?
Please notify support@vuspex.com of any issues found during your testing. The sooner you are able to test, the more time we will have to remediate any issues discovered.
How do I beta-test from the Contractor’s perspective?
Test the VuSpex Contractor features (e.g. “Request Inspection” and “Offline Inspection Submittal”) by signing-in at https://beta.vuspex.com with your Contractor credentials.
If you do not have a Contractor test account, then you must create one prior to testing.

How to Sign-in to the beta-test AC Contractor portal:
- Login to https://beta.vuspex.com/
- Select the Contractor/Field Agents link below the Sign-in area
*Make sure you click the beta.vuspex.com link (not prod.vuspex.com)
*You should see the Contractor Sign-in screen.
Click “Create A New Account” if you do not already have a Contractor account for testing.
Sign-in to the beta-test AC Contractor portal:
- Enter your Contractor account credentials and Sign-in
If you are creating a new Contractor account for beta-testing:
- Use a different email than your Inspector account
- VuSpex does not allow different accounts with the same email
- Use the phone number from your cell phone where the VuSpex APP is installed

Test – Offline Inspection
- Click the tab in the upper-right for Offline
- Upload images, videos, comments, submit
- Did you receive the email notifications as expected?

Test – Request Inspection
- Click the tab in the upper-right for Schedule
- Fill out the Request Inspection form, using a test permit
- Did you receive the email notifications as expected?
